The project consists of creating an accurate virtual replica of Singapore GP's real race track within a racing simulator. This provides opportunities in games innovation, modification and production. NYP retains all rights and ownership pertaining to the project, including supporting tools and design which Singapore GP retains all rights to withdraw their brand and logo from the project.
In 2006, NYP grants broadcast rights to TVMobile Pte Ltd (licencee) for terrestrial reception through the use of decoding device (set-top-box), over selective platforms controlled by licencee, whcih have specific captive audiences and for which no payment is made by the viewer. NYP retains the copyright and title and intellectual property rights to all content for two programmes, namely Gan Cheong Kin Series 2 & Gan Cheong Kin Music Video.
NYP signed a licensing agreement with National Healthcare Group (NHG) on 18 Aug 08. Under this agreement, NHG will be entitled to use this application software for health screening in its polyclinics. This application software is known as the Random Capillary Health Check where it provides customised solutions for patients going for health screening.  It  can capture patients' health data, process and interpret the results based on medical rules and generate multi-lingual versions of the medical reports. The software was created by a team of School of Engineering (Manufacturing) [SEG (M)] staff in collaboration with Alexandra Hospital two years ago.  The software was successfully tried out at community screening events in 2007.
